We just carved our pumpkin last night and realized we had no candle to put in 😦 We did save the seeds and roast them as a grown up snack once little one went to bed exhausted and happy. I like my pumpkin seeds salty but with a little depth and these fit the bill perfectly. We basically ate the entire bowl in one sitting. Oops.
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
R pumpkin seeds from one large pumpkin
Preheat oven to 275
Combine all ingredients and mix well. place on a cookie sheet or shallow baking dish.
Bake for 40-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes
